If a listed ingredient is unexpectedly unavailable, it may be replaced with a comparable vegetarian item while preserving the selected meal format. A Full Meal dessert is replaced only with another dessert.

What is the OBB Membership fee?+

The mandatory ₹300 four-week OBB Membership supports recurring scheduling, member coordination, basket management and access to your selected membership level.

Can I choose only laundry?+

No. Meals are the foundation of every One Big Basket membership. Laundry is included with Essential Basket and Complete Basket.

How does laundry work?+

Essential and Complete members receive two Wednesday pickups, in Weeks 1 and 3, with up to 6 kg combined across both pickups. The service is wash and fold.

What is included in Complete Basket?+

Everything in Essential Basket, plus one vegetarian sick-day dinner, one OBB community activity, priority community-event registration and priority member support.

Is the menu completely vegetarian?+

One Big Basket serves an entirely vegetarian menu. Eggs, meat and fish will never be part of the service.

Where are meals delivered?+

Meals arrive at one designated collection point in a supported Bengaluru office cluster. Individual doorstep delivery is not included.

Is the launch waitlist free?+

Yes. No payment is collected when you join. We contact you after availability is confirmed for your office cluster.
