- We do not collect payment information through the waitlist.
Why we collect it
- To administer the waitlist.
- To validate demand and plan eligible Bengaluru office clusters.
- To evaluate pilot suitability and service preferences.
- To send updates you have consented to receive.
Analytics and attribution
- With your consent, Google Analytics 4 may measure anonymous site usage.
- With separate marketing consent, Meta Pixel may measure campaign performance.
- UTM parameters, campaign clicks and referral sources may be stored with a registration for lead-generation measurement.
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers and full addresses are not sent to client-side analytics.
Sharing and retention
- Supabase supports secure database storage; selected providers support email delivery, analytics and website operation.
- One Big Basket does not sell personal information.
- Information is retained only as long as needed for demand validation, pilot contact or as required by law.
Your choices
- You may withdraw marketing consent.
- You may request access, correction or deletion.
- Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
- Requests may be sent to privacy@onebigbasket.in.

- Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used.
- No online system can be guaranteed entirely risk-free.
