Cancellation Policy
The launch waitlist is free and no paid meal plan can currently be purchased online. The applicable cancellation terms will be shown before a customer chooses to activate a membership.
Cancel when you choose
- No reason is required.
- No long-term lock-in.
- No cancellation penalty.
- Future renewal stops after cancellation.
- Your current plan remains usable until the end of the paid subscription cycle.
Current four-week cycle
- Meals already supplied or scheduled during an active paid cycle are not automatically refunded.
- If One Big Basket cannot deliver a confirmed paid meal, the applicable adjustment will follow the final membership terms shown before activation.
- Public-holiday and office-closure treatment will be confirmed before payment.
Schedule changes
- Hybrid weekdays remain fixed for the four-week cycle.
- Permitted changes must be requested before 10:00 PM on the previous day.
- Changes remain subject to service availability.
- No unlimited changes, credits or rollovers are promised.
